Returns

• Be careful in ordering to ensure you have selected the product that suits your needs. If you have made a mistake, call for a Return Authorization number.
• There is a 15% restocking fee.
• If the product is not returned as new in original packaging, there will be additional fees. Return credit is subject to our review alone.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless there was a mistake on our part, subject to our review. 
• Any product being returned must be received within 30 days of receipt and have a Return Authorization number.
